Copyright and notice
Aoyue Design Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) provides professional website design and software development services and respects the intellectual property rights of all partners and third parties. To protect the lawful interests of the Company, its partners and consumers, we issue the following notice:
1. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to all content displayed on the Company’s website (https://aoyue.design), including project examples, interface designs, images, descriptive text and related presentation materials. Such content may have been created independently by the Company or jointly with partners. Copyright and usage rights are governed by the relevant contracts.
2. Display of collaborative work
Some work displayed on this website was developed jointly with partner companies or clients and is presented as a case study with both parties’ consent. The necessary authorization for copyright, use and display has been obtained. No third party may claim this work as its own or cite it in a misleading manner.
3. Prohibited unauthorized use
Without explicit authorization from the Company or the original copyright owner, no person or organization may:
- Reproduce, modify or distribute content displayed on this website without permission
- List work displayed by the Company as their own work or as work they commissioned from a subcontractor
- Claim on websites, in presentations, tender documents or on social platforms to have produced such content
- Imitate the Company’s website content, design style or project examples for commercial promotion
4. Protection of trademarks and brand identity
“Aoyue Design” is the commercial name registered and used by the Company. Its logo, website design elements and related brand identity are protected by Taiwan’s Trademark Act and Copyright Act. Without the Company’s written consent, no person may reproduce, adapt or use them in a manner that creates confusion about their source.
5. Liability for unlawful or misleading use
A company or person that uses work created by the Company or its partners without authorization and claims it as their own work, subcontracted work or design, in a manner likely to confuse consumers or mislead them about the source of the services, may violate Article 21 of Taiwan’s Fair Trade Act concerning false or misleading representations. The Company reserves the right to take the following legal action:
- Request immediate removal and cessation of use
- Issue a formal written notice and require corrections
- Bring civil or criminal complaints before the competent authorities or courts, including claims relating to unjust enrichment, damage to reputation and damage to business goodwill
6. Reporting and contact
If you discover any organization or person using the Company’s work, name or displayed content for misleading marketing or infringement, please report it to service@aoyue.design.
